We rent houses quickly. We rent on average over 65 properties every month and as many as 120. Right now we are in need of properties in all locations. Even with the shifting markets, our average vacancies rates remain low. Currently our vacancy rate is 7% in Phoenix, 5% in Tucson, and 0% White Mountains.
Innovations
Brewer-Caldwell’s tightly integrated system called ASLAN enhances our property management as well as our sales productivity and consistency. This advance in- house system was created for Brewer-Caldwell by Brewer-Caldwell. Owners receive real time alerts; have 24 hour access anywhere in the world. No other company has this program or the abilities it offers. This also allows owners and tenants to manage and pay on their accounts anytime anywhere.
2005, 2006 and 2007- In 2005 Brewer-Caldwell grossed $6.5 million in sales averaging around 75 properties closed per month, with Property Management grossing $2.5 million managing over 2,000 homes. Brewer-Caldwell’s overall net for 2005 was $1.6 million. In 2006 Brewer-Caldwell grossed $5.2 million in sales and Property Management grossed $2.8 million managing over 2,300 homes. In 2007 Brewer-Caldwell grossed $2 million in sales and Property Management grossed $3 million managing over 2,000 homes. Brewer-Caldwell has started networking with new brokers in and out of state for 2008. With new plans to start purchasing and managing apartments we project that we will manage over 3000 units, grossing $9 million combined.
