Closing
Brewer Caldwell's Closing Department is a full service escrow management division that utilizes our ALSAN software to monitor the mortgage and title processes to facilitate a smooth closing. They will contact the lender and the title company to introduce Brewer-Caldwell’s Closing Department within 24 hours of an accepted contract. As the buyer, you will also be introduced to the Closing Department within this same time frame. The Closers will have detailed information about your investment. They will explain our time frame for loan closing, inspection period and beginning property management. The Closers will easily have all inspections ordered within 48 hours of opening escrow. They will ensure that all inspections are coordinated and completed within the inspection period. They also handle any colorization and walk through appointments required on new homes. No need for out of town buyers to make a special trip to Brewer Caldwell or Arizona.
The Closers are the main point of contact for title companies and lenders. Therefore, they build working relationships, set correct expectations, and keep good rapport with our contacts. This structure also allows us to facilitate loans to close on time and provide title with all the information they will need to be accurate and confirm that information that is provided to us is correct. You will be provided with regular status reports from the closers concerning the lenders and title companies and keeping all information current in ASLAN which is Brewer Caldwell's data system. We understand that we are not reporters, we are closers. Therefore, it is our right and responsibility to resolve any issues during the course of the transaction to make a smooth transaction for you. Closers will then transition each investor’s property from Sales to Closing to Property Management efficiently.
