Real Estate Investment Mentoring
Aside from the guidance each of our sales agents will give their clients, Brewer Caldwell also offers free mentoring while investors prepare to purchase. Our broker sets aside blocks of time each week to personally sit down for one-on-one (or phone) sessions with anyone interested in real estate. He (or any of our principles) reviews the ability, desire, financial situation, tolerance for risk, lending strategy, property type preference, etc. of each investor. 
The rest of the time is spent discussing what options are available to them, educating them on what's currently happening in the market and where they may or may not fit, and creating a hypothetical "game plan" including a timeline, punch list of items that need to be addressed before they're ready to invest, and personal goals for what they would like their investment portfolio to achieve for them. Many visitors are blown away by our "non-sales-pitch" approach to mentoring, but that is absolutely the case. We're trying to build long-term relationships, not make one sale, shake hands, and wish you luck. The deal as a whole has to make sense to you, or you shouldn't do it. If through the process of mentoring we gain your trust and respect, and you wish to utilize the purchasing program we have in place, we're grateful for the business. However, if you're simply an investor needing an expert non-bias opinion about your situation, Brewer Caldwell is happy to offer it.
